BLACK TIE DJ ENTERTAINMENT wedding packages are designed to suit the needs of every one of our brides and grooms. All packages include a personal consultation with your DJ and/or your MC, where your options will be explained to you. In addition, the consultation's purpose is to match our best entertainer for your personality and your vision. All packages include travel, set-up and breakdown. Extra charge is added for travel over 50 miles or for difficult load-ins.

1 Person Basic Event
One person will serve as your MC and DJ. It's perfect if you are planning a more intimate reception with less than 125 guests.

2 Person Basic Event
Your DJ will focus on playing great music and handling your guests' requests. Your MC will make all the announcements, as well as be your on-site coordinator with your other vendors. It's like buying an insurance plan for your wedding: just another professional there to make sure everything goes right. This is great for the reception with over 125 guests, a large bridal party and/or interactive entertainment.

The above packages are based on a four hour time period. Overtime charges are per hour.

1 Person All Day Event
This package is designed for any wedding where our services are needed for the ceremony and reception. You will receive up to seven hours of entertainment. There are no overtime charges to be concerned about! One person will DJ and MC your wedding.

2 Person All Day Event
This plan offers you the most value for your money. If you are having a significantly large number of guests, this is for you! You'll get one DJ and one MC for up to seven hours. We'll include a FREE ceremony system (normally $300.00) if you need it or you can swap it out for a FREE lighting package instead.

"Oh Yes It's Ladies Night"
If you're a bride into "Girl Power", have an all "GIRL" team at your wedding! This UNIQUE package is made up of one DJ and one MC, who are leaders in this profession. If you'd like, we'll take it a step further and handle all the planning for you by putting together all female vendors (florist, photographer, etc.). They are the best of the best in the business and are really nice gals.

"More, More, More" (Add-ons and Fun Stuff!)
Most of our clients want to add elements that will enhance their overall wedding day experience. We've compiled a list of things that do that. The "A La Carte" items are the following:

--Additional In-Person Consultation - 25.
--Additional sound system - 450.
--String Quartet - 625.
--Enhanced Sound System (additional amplifier and two speakers) - 300.

--Want to share some precious moments in your lives with all of your guests? Give us some pictures and a few video clips and we'll put it all together in a 5 minute presentation for you. Complete with projector and screen. - 600.

--Dance Floor Lighting Package (includes one mirror ball and 1 colored light with shapes and lasers), which will enhance the mood for dancing! - 350.
--Intelligent Lighting Package - Computer controlled lighting that takes lighting that takes lighting to another level! These colored lights form patterns and shapes that transform any room into a party extravaganza!
Small package - (1) Laptop computer with Elation software to run the lights; (1) Lighting Technician; (4) Mighty Scans. - 800.
Large package - (1) Laptop computer with Elation software to run the lights; (1) Lighting Technician; (4) Mighty Scans; (2) Mini Macs; (4) Elation Sparkles; (1) AMDJ chase controller; (4) Odyssey Ripples; (2) Opti-Pars with DMX controller; (2) 10ft. Triangular Truss. - 1,400.

Fun Stuff:
--Photo Guest Book - Our twist on the standard Guest Book. When your guests arrive, they will have their picture taken. They will take that picture, then proceed to a table where they will have their own "personal" page to decorate. We compile all the guest pages into one beautiful keepsake for you, with pictures and best wishes from all your guests! - 600.
--Party Giveaways always get your guests involved in the FUN! Let us design a giveaway package for you! Prices vary.
--Confetti Launch - Perfect for Grand Entrance and / or Exits! You can imagine yourself walking in with a bang, how about walking out with a bang? - 50. for one launch, - 75. for two.
--Dancers / Guest Motivators - Add another performer or two to engage your guests in having a good time! - 350. per dancer (up to four hours).--Other party entertainers such as Tarot Card Readers, etc. are available upon request.
